Fallen

Fallen is the quiet, cruel-minded son of the caverns and canyons that comprise Fallen Soul Canyon. His parents died early in his life, and thus he retreated to the mountains to watch over the canyon, which he claimed by killing any horse who dared travel into it. Some rumor that the Freisian stallion possesses supernatural powers, but none have lived long enough to confirm it. Any who confront him are faced with a test of their character--- if they fail, death meets them, or perhaps slavery if Fallen feels generous. If they pass, they may leave the canyon.

Danvaneir (Dahn-vuh-NAIR)

The only horse to ever have passed Fallen's almost impassable test. Many other equines look upon her as a goddess just for her achievement -- but what they don't know is that the way she passed it was not entirely honorable. A gorgeous, mystical mare with a wide bloodmark of her right shoulder, Danvaneir was also given a new name by Fallen upon her passing the test, in his supernatural native language. Danvaneir means 'exception' in his language, ironically. Danvaneir decided to stay in his canyon, adopting a reclusive nature along with it.
