Kristy Mae grinned excitedly as the amazing musical notes of Muse reached her keen ears, she spun to her friends, grabbed the nearest two by the arms and laughed as she started dragging them through the swarm of sweating, jumping teenagers at the Soundwave Festival.
Kristy soon lost grip of her friends and was swept away in the crowd, sweat beading on her forehead she yelled out but her voice was lost in the music.
She struggled to a barrier and leant over the edge to breathe in the humid air, a security guard passed her a cold water bottle and she thanked him before downing it.
She looked around and saw by chance, a big shady tree with only a few people sprawled out underneath it. Smiling, Kristy Mae made her way over to the welcoming shade and layed down in the long, soft grass. Closing her eyes and listening as Muse played their hits to the screaming, sweaty, desperate teenagers beneath them.

The floor vibrated as people around the boy jumped up and down, flailing wildly and singing along to the band as they screamed out the lyrics. The smell of perspiration and alcohol filled his keen nostrils as he stood idle, the loud music swamping through his ears and hitting him like a splash of cold water in the face. Eyes darting around as people began to crowd surf, desperately scrambling to get to another venue as people supported their weight with their hands. A blade nipped his skin lightly that was shoved into his dark boots, camouflaged under his dark, black jeans. He could feel the annoying tickle of his crimson blood trickling down like a dripping tap down into his ankle sock.

He wasn't interested in coming to listen to this band, he was only looking for a little of entertainment. He hadn't even paid to get in, instead he had smashed one of the men's bathroom windows and climbed through, providing himself a fake ticket incase questioned. The body heat from the bouncing people beside him wafted over to him and enveloped his body in heat, a thin film of sweat layering itself across his fringed forehead.

Sauntering outside for some fresh air, Luke glanced bothways as he stood at the doorframe, eyeing the security guard; a fat bald man with several piercings lining his face. He looked tough, but his speed would lack due to being severely unfit, although his strength may replace his speed. Peeking over at the hotdog stand that was positioned approximately five meters from the security guard, he began to walk over to it.

As soon as he had passed the quite idle security guard, Luke spun on his heel, retrieving his blade from his boot, and in one swift movement, wedged it into his chubby waist, just missing his hip bone. The force of the blade could've crushed it, or broken it into twin pieces if he had forced it in just a bit lower. The security guard choked on his breath for a second, fumbling with his hands, pondering whether he could try and pry the knife from Luke's keen hands or shove the brutal boy away.

Flailing with his hands in Luke's direction, he grabbed hold of his collar from inside of his hoodie and hazardously shoved him backwards. Lumbering a couple of agonised steps sidewards, the security began to tip earthwards crashing onto his undamaged side, wrapping his numb fingers around the knife hilt and yanking it outwards, tossing it onto the bloodied sand beneath him. Scarlet drops of blood spattered from his chubby waist and mashed into the sand, seeping through his once-white button-up shirt.

Startled and pertrified bystanders abandoned their food and drinks, sprinting for safely as mothers cowered over their children, desperately trying to keep their eyes from reaching the frightening sight. The quiet wail of police and ambulance sirens echoed through the city. Glancing too and fro, Luke sprinted over to a girl who lay comfortably on the decently long, peacefully swaying grass. He jogged over to her and placed a harsh hand onto her back, applying pressure on her back to raise her alarm and keep her from standing. "Give me your phone," Luke ordered through his teeth, glancing around with wild eyes before searching her pockets.

Reaching into her back pocket where he saw the buldge of her phone, he slipped a couple of fingers in and grabbed it placing it into his pocket and sprinting off in the direction is highly-enclosed trees. On the run, once again, but this time, he wouldn't be caught.

Kristy's bright blue eyes blazed and turned bloodshot in rage, "F--- off!!" She spat just as the boy darted away.
She lept to her feet, ignoring the screams and wailing of sirens and sprinted after the dark figure making off into the trees. She moved her legs swiftly, they barely made it out in front of her in time to catch her. She ran with her head down, focusing her usually clumsy legs to push harder.
This wasn't about the phone, Kristy took things very personally.
She heard yelling of police and a sharp crack of gunfire behind her, dirt and sand sprayed up and stuck to her damp legs. The police were shooting at her!! She hesitated a step, wondering if she should turn around and explain but stumbled and flew forward. She threw her arms out in front of her to catch her and her a crack as she collided heavily with the dirt. She yelped out in pain, tears blurring her vision as a sharp pain seared up her arm.
Deciding to risk it, she heaved herself to her feet again and sprinted as fast as she could towards the fleeing boy. She heard another crack of gunfire but didn't know where it hit. She was fast. The boy was in her sights!! Then they hit the trees.
She moved swiftly, thankful of her agile, flexible body. She grunted and moaned as her adrenaline started running low, she could feel her muscles aching now.
Tears stinging her eyes and branches whipping and reaching for her bare arms, she pushed herself to her limit and beyond. She was determined to get this guy and teach him a lesson.
